Konsthallen

Since 2007, Konsthallen presents a large variety of exhibitions and activities with an emphasis on contemporary art. Each year, four exhibitions are presented in the space and accompanied by guided tours, workshops for various age groups and events such as artist talks and seminars.

The House of Culture, in which Konsthallen resides, is located in the center of the city next to the northern harbor. Aside from Konsthallen, the building also houses the city library, a restaurant, a concert venue, a café and conference spaces.
