Mjölkuddsberget, located just outside of Luleå, will be the venue for a site-specific work by Raqs Media Collective during the biennial.
Mjölkuddsberget was used as a military fortress during World War II, but later converted into an electricity management centre. Today, the facilities are privately owned.
